What Is DoW / DoD SkillBridge?
DoW SkillBridge (formerly DoD SkillBridge) is a Department of War program that allows transitioning service members to gain civilian work experience through training, apprenticeships, and internships at more than 3,000 organizations during their final 180 days of service. You continue receiving military pay and benefits while training for your new career. The official URL still resolves at skillbridge.osd.mil.
